Natural Resources Development College, established in 1965 is Zambia's top agricultural college. It has produced men and women qualified in different agricultural disciplines who today are contributing to the development of the Zambian economy.
The college (NRDC) is located along the Great East Road in Lusaka’s Chelstone area, about 16 Kilometers from the city center and 12 Kilometers from the Kenneth Kaunda International Airport (KKIA).
The College offers full time, open and distance learning in an extensive range of courses including short courses. The courses are underwritten by the University of Zambia.

The duration depends on the method of learning being used. Full time students normally take three years and Open and Distance Learning students may take up to four years.
