The Location of Zambia

The location of Zambia is within the Latitude of 15 00, south of the Equator and the Longitude of 30 00 East of Greenwich. The country is located in central-southern part of Africa. There are 54 countries in Africa, including Zambia. On the map below, it is shown in red. As you can see, Zambia is a land locked country.

 
Yes, Zambia is bordered by Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Tanzania, Angola, Botswana, Democratic Republic of Congo, and Zimbabwe. 

 
The country has an area of 752,614 sq km (290,586 sq miles).

 
The Mighty Zambezi River forms a boundary between Zambia and Zimbabwe.

 
And as you may already know, the capital city of Zambia is Lusaka, which is located in the southern part of the country.
